High-quality translation is the work ethics
that each member of our team keeps pursuing.
As a quite complicated and careful creating
process involving high professional skills,
translation calls for a strong command of
language and culture, rich background knowledge
of concerned professions and disciplines,
dedicated working attitude, and strict quality
control system. Excellent transcripts and
interpretation can free you from cross-cultural
communication barriers and save you much
time and energy. You may focus on those
jobs which are more significant for success
of your career. That’s why we attach so
much importance to translation quality and
satisfaction of our clients.
Choosing Wudanese as your partner, you
can send us your documents conveniently
via fax, e-mail or mail (at our expense)
or if you are in Wuhan, we can pick them
up free.
Step 1 Project Analysis
After receiving your documents, we will
appoint senior translator(s) to analyze
and identify their professional fields and
job nature followed by elaboration of a
preliminary translation plan.
Step 2 Setting up Project Team
On the basis of the preliminary plan, we
will set up a project team consisting of
full-time translators specialized in relevant
industries. An experienced project manager
will be assigned to control the whole translation
process. The team will work out a detailed
work schedule and start translation under
the supervision of the project manager,
who is responsible for picking out the key
words and terminologies in the manuscripts,
translating them and preparing a wordlist
as reference for the team.
Step 3 Translation
In order to ensure quality, efficiency and
consistency in language and terminology,
the project manager will establish a complete
vocabulary database and coordinate the translation
process. Team members are encouraged to
make discussions and verifications, when
necessary, throughout the work.
Step 4 Proofreading I
After Step 3, we will appoint experienced
translators specialized in relevant industries
and disciplines to proofread the transcripts
to ensure the right expression of those
specific fields and professional terminologies.
Step 5 Proofreading II
In this step, we will appoint senior translators
to make the second proofreading with focus
on the cohesion and accuracy of dictions,
fluency of expressions, and other language
points. Proofreading is of great importance
and requires a high sense of responsibility
for the proofreader. We are fully aware
that any mistake in translation spoils not
only our reputation, but more importantly,
the benefits of our customers.
Step 6 Submitting Final Drafts
to Clients
After translation is finished, we will deliver
final version transcripts to clients and/or
handle the transcripts appropriately (any
form including fax, duplicates, digital
documents, etc) according to clients’ requirements
and our confidentiality regulations to their
satisfaction
Step 7 After-Sale Services
After the project is completed, our customer
service representatives will keep in contact
with the customers about the quality of
our translation drafts, and,if necessary,
our translators will make prompt revisions
in case of clients’ complaints or at clients’
request.
